How do I know if my video card fried?

during a movement of the video card in my computer and moved after reboot there was no signal received my screen. fan video card on and so does the rest of the team, but there is simply no sign of reaching the monitor. the monitor was tested on a computer and works well. test card i can not vid in the other project. because it will not accept this type of card (XFX 6600) What do I do ???????
