I need advice to make up inserts?

I have flat feet. 3 years ago I went to a podiatrist and had a custom made pair of inserts for support. I lost one yesterday, however, in the field of practice. (I took off my shoes and left insert). My question is ... Should I put $ 500 for a pair of inserts personalized, or one dollar to $ 30 for prefabricated? There is much difference anyway? My cousin has a prefabricated, and they no longer look the same.

Z-Coils are the best answer .. I tried everything ... I mean everything .... Z-Coil made me very optimistic, but they are the best I've found in 8 years .. Not weird, but try .. Under $ 300.00
